- 請輸入證書上的身份證號碼【不用鍵入括號內的數字】或護照號碼。
- 系統即列出證件持有人獲發給的證書名稱，行業名稱，發證年份。
- 系統不會列出持證人姓名及其僱主名稱，以保障個人資料。
- 有關學徒證書,請致電：3700 5181 / 3700 5112 ，或瀏覽本署網頁。
- 取得證書後，資料約在一個月後始輸入本系統。

Note:
- You can use this enquiry system to check the authenticity of the Apprenticeship Certificate
- Please key in the HKID number [no need to key in the number inside bracket] or passport number on the certificate.
- The system will show the name of certificate, the trade and the issue year.
- The system does not reveal the name of the certificate holder and his employer. This is to preserve personal privacy.

- Data will input to this system one month after the issue of the certificate.
